DIP Co. Delights opened in 2022 as a family-run labor of love in the heart of Deep Cove, North Vancouver.
During the pandemic, Amin Daniali - a Persian-born engineer with a serious passion for bread-making - began experimenting in his kitchen. His goal? To create something that honored both his Persian heritage and his love for Italian focaccia.
After countless batches, Focabari was born - not quite focaccia, not quite barbari, but a beautiful marriage of both traditions. This unique bread became the foundation of DIP Co. Delights, where every sandwich tells a story of fusion and craftsmanship.
Today, this artisanal bread is made fresh every morning with wholesome ingredients and a sourdough starter, creating the perfect canvas for our massive, flavor-packed gourmet sandwiches.
