The Origin Story
During the pandemic, Amin Daniali - a Persian-born engineer with a serious passion for bread-making - began experimenting in his kitchen. His goal? To create something that honored both his Persian heritage and his love for Italian focaccia.
After countless batches, Focabari was born - not quite focaccia, not quite barbari, but a beautiful marriage of both traditions.
Today, this artisanal bread is the foundation of every sandwich at DIP Co. Delights, made fresh every morning with wholesome ingredients and a sourdough starter.
